Thank you for REALLY LOVELY stay, having setting in the perfect area. Early check-in. Nice sleep on the exceptionally comfortable bed. Guests can use a handy kitchenette at any time. Location is favourable overall, close enough to ferry and rossio and time out market and the riverfront & Timeout Market, close to many methods of transportation. And it is very close to restaurants.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and authentic local experiences. The service was impeccable, with thoughtful gifts and responsive staff. The AC and elevator were a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

Convenient location for exploring and sightseeing. It's nice to have a fridge, electric kettle, and microwave oven here. The bathroom is pretty clean and has a bathtub:)))

Reviews also mention the proximity of tram stations and nice restaurants in the area.

the beds were huge and extremely comfortable, and the apartments were well-equipped with everything we needed, from a washing machine to dishwasher tablets to coffee pods. the layout of the apartments was perfect for our group, and we loved the multiple Juliette balconies that provided both a great view and soundproofing from the bustling surroundings. the location was also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and clubs within walking distance. the apartments exceeded our expectations and made our trip truly enjoyable. Cons: Nothing. It was perfect! 👌.

We had an amazing stay at these flats! The location was perfect, close to all the great sights, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was impeccably clean with great amenities like AC, Netflix, and high-quality appliances. The hosts were super responsive and kind. 5+ stars for sure!

Felt like home, no complaints.

The room at Ando Living - Abrantes Flats was great! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The fridge was also handy for storing snacks and drinks. I felt really at home here as a guest with disabilities.

The only thing I didn't love was that the apartment didn't have a sofa. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
